The energy and the consciousness that has been on this planet for 2,000 years is finally releasing, and a new vibrational way of being is born. As you end one cycle and begin a new one there can be confusion, disorientation, and chaos, because some part of you energetically doesn't quite know how to move forward in a new way of being. Before you begin a new cycle it is wise to do a final completion of the current cycle. Use this Cup to move into stillness, peace, and calm, and allow for a conscious completion on all levels. The more still and quiet you are inside the easier the transition will be.

• Imagine some energetic aspect of you sitting in stillness and allowing for a deep completion. 
• Light language and toning to assist the completion and stillness in the higher realms.
