When Mercury is retrograde the energy is very malleable. It is a perfect time to make changes, and bring in new energy and habits that can support you in a more empowering and self-loving way.

- Bring conscious awareness to that course.
- Imagine the ideal course / path.
- A path of love, trust, joy, health, abundance.
- Use the energy today to alter your course to one that is full of grace, gentleness, joy, service, health, and abundance, and connections that serve you.
- Alter your energetic grids to the path that your heart intends.
May your new path be filled with love, joy, and light.
