Mercury Retrograde is a perfect time to bring in new ways of perceiving yourself and your issues. As old energies release you may perceive them as coming up again in your life as opposed to falling away. Think of it like a cleaning of a dirty pond. As we scoop the sludge out of the bottom and we then see the sludge it is important to know that the pond is getting cleaner, not dirtier. You are currently seeing that which is being lifted out.
