This is a collection of "perfect Cups". The first Cup I recorded while in a very calm zen state after a few sessions. The other Cups are from classes I have taught. When you find your perfection deep within, the self critique and self talk (the chatter monkey that tells you not-nice things about yourself) quiets and eventually disappears. 

• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to lift all your reference points for perfection off of everyone and everything.
• Identify a vibration or quality that flows in your divine that you value and is perfect.
• Link your perfection nuggets with that divine aspect of you.
• Invite your body and Team to do the same.
• Amplify the stream of perfection in your divine cosmic loop.
