Use this sound healing Cup to drop into a place of stillness and peace. Open to receive, release, and reconnect. As you drop into a place of stillness the mind quiets, shifts, and insights occur. This particular Cup is 30 minutes. It is a sound-healing piece I have been wanting to create for some time. It is a soundscape of whales, crystal bowl, toning, gentle instrumentals, and love.
