Use this Cup to open your heart and remember how you held yourself when you were on the other side before you arrived in this world.
- Light language activation to help you remember and open your heart.
- Place your hand on your heart and take a few deep breaths into that place.
- Take a few moments to allow some energetic aspect of you to remember how you held yourself when you were on the other side when you were in your etheric form.
- Allow for the an energetic awakening in your heart chakra.
- Remember your courage, joy, and strength.
- Hold those qualities with even greater intensity, perseverance, and resilience.
- Invite your Guides to encircle you and to buffer, remind, and encourage you.
May you remember and hold your courage, joy, and strength in each breath.
