This is a collection of "perfect Cups" - finding your perfection internally as opposed to what you do or what happens in the outer world.

This first Cup I recorded while in a very calm, zen state after a few sessions. 

When you find your perfection deep within, the self-critique and self-talk (the chatter monkey that tells you the not-nice things about yourself) quiets and eventually disappear. 

• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to lift all your reference points for perfection off of everyone and everything.
• Identify a vibration or quality that flows in your divine that you value and is perfect.
• Link your perfection nuggets with that divine aspect of you.
• Invite your body and Team to do the same.
• Amplify the stream of perfection in your divine cosmic loop.
