This Cup is from the early days (April 2010). Release the tasks of your ancestors. Clear your ancestors' issues and tasks off of all aspects of your being. Let go of the burdens and tasks that you are carrying that are not your own.
- Come back into the present breath of now.
- Ground and connect to your own divine alignment.
- Go back in time prior to your arrival here in this world.
- Relay all relevant and appropriate information to the Higher Selves of your ancestors.
- Bring all of your orientation points back into the present breath of now.
- Locate any tasks of your ancestors and send them back to their right and perfect place, and model right energy.
- Connect with your ancestors from a place of love.
- Hold onto your own tasks, no one else's.
May you gently and compassionately release all that is not yours.
