Use the collection of Cups to complete the cycle of Mercury Retrograde. Let there be a deep healing and release. There may be a sadness or grief that is releasing. Allow for the completion.
- Place a sacred healing hologram around you and all of your behaviors that are releasing at this time.
- Light language and toning as the release completes.
- Let go of the patterns that no longer serve.
- Take a moment to perceive that energetic aspect of you releasing the threads, cords, and limitation and reflecting that healing release to you in the physical realm.
- Allow for the lifting up and out of the sadness and other waves of emotion.
- Complete the healing release in a gentle clean and clear way.
- Invite the Angelic ones to surround you and model right energy to you in the higher realms.
This is a gentle Cup to help with the completion of a very intense cycle of healing and release.
