• Close your eyes and graze at your crown.
• Feel inside yourself for any darkness, emptiness, or a hole within or around you.
• Invite your Higher Self to fill that hole with the light of your essence.
• Amplify your current of light within your divine cosmic loop.
• Retrieve any attachment you may have for others being full of their own light.
• Return all responsibility you are holding for filling others up with light.
• Retrieve all your threads and streams of light off of others and to use your own light on you.
• Release all empathic sensations.
