This powerful Cup helps you release empathetic behaviors and beliefs that are not in alignment with your essence. Recognize you can only shift issues that belong to you. No matter how evolved you are or how hard you try you cannot shift an issue that belongs to another.
- Hold your awareness in your divine line.
- Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to scan your organs, meridians, mental, and emotional fields for any empathetic behaviors, beliefs, or addictions.
- Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to return all responsibility for shifting, healing, or transforming this behavior.
- Send appropriate energetic information.
- Return all empathetic grids, emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and karma.
- Retrieve your fabric of your mastery and hold it on you.
- Hold compassion and model the solution.
May you return all empathetic behaviors, beliefs, and addictions and model the solution as you move in the world.
If you have an unhealthy empathetic behavior that you have held for awhile (longer than 3 months) you may need to listen to this one several times.
