Ceanse and release with this Cup. When you deeply allow for this process a new cycle will begin with greater flow. Release and let go. This is a perfect Cup to use the last day of the luner cycle or periods of deep release and recalibration.
- Hold your awareness in this present breath of now.
- Hold your awareness in your divine line.
- Reference all that you are letting go of.
- On your exhale linger, allow, and let your exhale be longer than your inhale.
- With your exhale allow for the let go.
- Toning to assist you in letting go.
- As you move in the day hold a supportive space for yourself as you let go.
May you linger and allow for a deep release.
