• Energetically locate the fifth and third chakra centers at the level of the Higher Self of you and your body deva.
• Gently spin both of these chakras in a counter-clockwise direction to clear them of all cords, hooks, and vibrations that are not your Essence. (Imagine your head is 12:00 and your feet is 6:00, rotate from 12:00 to the right, down to 6:00, and back up the left side to the top of the head.)
