This is a lovely meditation that, again, is perfectly timed for me as complete rest has been sporadic if at all. Thank you.
I like the new format, however, yesterday, it did not allow for meditation access to yesterday's meditation nor any of the others I saved. Perhaps this was due to the conversion?...I am grateful it was accessible today, however. May you enjoy a beautiful day! Namaste'

PS: I just found a way to go listen via WM through your "Box net" option. While not being as convenient for an 'old and in the way soul" :o) I was able to figure it out . It takes us oldsters a bit longer to catch on to new things. Love you Dearly. Leon

Hi Aleya, I for one do not like the new format. I use windows media to listen to your daily meds. WM gives me the option to save it in different folders and I can put it on auto repeat so it plays until I shut it off. The download feature doesn't work as well as the old one either. It only played half of the med and there was no place to store it on your computer. That old feature also allowed me to actually save it to a folder that gave me access to it later and easy to find which I use often for meds that speak to me more than others. Sorry, but "if it's not broken no need to fix it" is an old saying for a reason. If your IT person can restore those things it would be much better IMO. Thanks Leon
