Use this Cup with the energy of the Full Moon to open your energetic ears.

When the moon is full it is a perfect time to open to receive messages from above. The more you can energetically hear the more aware you become.

Open, allow, and expand.

A little note...after recording this meditation I experienced a high pitch ringing in my ears for a few minutes, which is the angelic realm communicating.   

• Hold your awareness in your divine line.
• Close your eyes, place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and relax your body.
• Reference your energetic ears and the crystalline structures within and around your energetic ears.
• Clean, clear, and align your energetic ears.
• Calibrate your energetic ears to a higher realm where you can receive energetic messages clearly and gently.
• Receive the messages using that energetic aspect of you.
• Toning to assist you in opening your energetic ears.
