Use today's fresh cup (recorded yesterday) to anchor into a centered, calm space.
Today's energetic practice is a basic daily tool, inspired by the TALL Cup on Monday.
Invite your energetic self to bring all of your awareness and attachment back to your divine line/divine cosmic loop.
You move from a connected state when you hold your awareness and attachment in your inner river of light.
- Hold your awareness in your divine line.
- Invite the energetic aspect of you, your body, and Teams to lift all of your awareness and attachment off of the outer world and back to your divine line.
- Silently or out loud chant, "Energetic fields retrieve all awareness and attachment back to my divine line/divine cosmic loop.
Hold your awareness and primary attachment in your divine cosmic loop.
