Today's first cup is a frequency sound healing using the tuning fork that is attuned to the Earth 136.1, the tuning fork D-288 Hz, and the tuning fork A, which is 468 HZ.
In the sound bath, there is also gentle toning that invites you to sit in the presence of Earth and reweave your roots in a supportive way.
