So glad it was helpful. One other practice is to imagine letting yourself be in a little tub of fear or anxiety, let yourself feel it, slosh in it, be with it as you move it until the waves pass. That takes you through a vibrational transformation to a higher realm.
I appreciate being reminded regularly to connect in the higher realms. Your suggestion on surfing the emotions without any resistance and allowing my focus upwards towards the higher realms connects me as if I am an actor who is on purpose pulling out of thin air and emotion that the playwright designed for a character in a play. This connects me with my Theater experience. Bless you!
