Breath and Tones to Reset and Relax

This Cup guides you in using your breath and tones to reset and relax.

The first part of this meditation helps you use your breath to activate the parasympathetic nervous system which calms the body. The second portion is focused on using your exhale to make the sound "Aaahh" which moves you into your heart center and the third and final portion holds a space for you to "Om" which centers and grounds you.

This was wonderful! I had forgotten how great it feels. It brought me back to my spiritual family I used to gather with when I lived in the Central Valley. We would OM at the end of every gathering holding hands in a circle. Thank you for this Gift!..... Namaste'

That’s great Aleya! This might be nice to add On once a week Two other meditations. We could have a choice of either using it or not using it but it was present with another meditation once a week I know I would do it. It would be so easy remember to do it that way
