Today clean your tunnel of light that inserts at the back of your neck.

If you have been feeling a bit tight lately especially while you sleep it can be an indicator that your tunnel of light needs a little clean up and tune up.

This process can help clear headaches, neck and shoulder tension, insomnia, and over thinking.
