  • Be in the flow of your own essence, wisdom, mastery, and light that emanates from your divine spark.
  • Open and relax vertically.
  • Bring in more calm, clarity, balance, and activate amplify those qualities in your divine cosmic loop.
  • Be present to the current of light that flows within.
  • Let go of the grip or the brace.
  • Open the chakras in the feet and the base.
  • Clean the energetic fields.
  • Clean the energetic ears.
  • Open the crown for vertical flow.
  • Drop into a place of stillness, calm, present, aware of the light within.

Embrace the now, relax, and move into the flow.
