Look within to find approval instead of looking for it externally. Let go of looking for approval outside of yourself. Lift your need for approval (especially off of the father figures in your life) and hold it deep within.

• Energetically locate all responsibilities for approving of yourself that you have given to others, and bring them back to you.
• Release others for being responsible for approving of you.
• Bring your gifts, tools, wisdom, and mastery back to you.
• Return the responsibility for approving of others.
• Breathe into your divine line.
• Approve of the light that flows in your divine line, that flows down the front of your spine.
• Invite your Body and Deva and your Team to do the same.
• Bring in a sacred geometric sphere that holds the consciousness of humility, self confidence, and approval of your essence.
