Recommendation: Listen to this one before bed instead of in the morning...or go back to sleep for a short bit after listening...or go into a deep meditation to integrate the layers.
Use this meditation to rest and release. Let go of the inner darkness and limitations as you sleep and dream, and open to the sweet lightness that resides deep within you.
May you have DEEP sleep with DEEP healing. This is one of my favorite deep healing and clearing dream time meditations.
