Use this meditation for moving into a healthy stance with the ego. You may be asking yourself, "Who am I?" You might have a mini or major identity crisis as you become more aware of your patterns and behaviors. One aspect of this shift is that your identity is lifting off of your behaviors and into a deeper connection with your essence. This causes a deep emotional clearing. We move into an unhealthy ego when we have our reference points for ourselves held externally, or when our gifts are on others, or if we are attached to other people's journeys, or if we carry responsibility for others in a co-dependent way.
- Energetically locate all of your reference points for yourself, orientation points, and anchors that you have placed externally and bring those vibrations back to your Higher Self.
- Recalibrate your reference points to the vibration of your essence.
- Bring all of your gifts back to your Higher Self and hold them in a way that enables you to utilize all of your gifts.
- Lift all of your attachment off of others.
- Return all responsibilities back to their right and perfect place.
- Clear all empathic sensitivity.
- Breathe into your divine line.
- Recognize that you are just light streaming and radiating in a human form.
- Hold your awareness in your river of light that flows within you.
