A day-and-a-half retreat with Aleya

When: 10:00 am to 5 pm on Friday the 28th of June.

Saturday the 29th, 9 am to 11 am, there will be a question and answer session and possibly a nature walk.

We will dive deeper into how to help your body heal and create.

Depending on the group size and your desires, I will tailor the class to support your needs and interests.

This will be a small class of 20 to 30 people.

This class will fill quickly because it has been over five years since I taught a class on the East Coast.

When you register for this in-person class, you can book your room at Menla as soon as my block of rooms is ready, which should be by May 15th.

There is a 2-night minimum.

You can stay Thursday and Friday night or stay Friday and Saturday night, or more if you wish.
