Use this meditation to help you heal the moments when others have been unkind to you in the past. When we heal the past we then have the capacity to move forward with a lighter and happier heart.
- Think of a time in the past when someone did or said something to you that was unkind.
- Remember this situation from a different perspective.
- Ask yourself the question... if this person was an Ascended Master, how would they have behaved in this past situation? (instead of from a place of fear, confusion, or anger.)
- Imagine how this person would have behaved if they were an Ascended Master.
- See their past behavior as their process and journey for their own growth and evolution.
- Release all fusion between you and them.
- Bring all your orientation points and reference points back to your divine line.
- Place a healing hologram around you and the person who hurt you, and re-remember the event.
- Hold compassion for yourself and for the other.
- Invite healing to happen in the higher realms.
- Clean and clear your energetic ears from this memory of trauma and hurt.
- Hold the sound of the spiritual lesson within and around your ears.
- When someone lashes out they are simply responding from a place of hurt inside.
May you heal past trauma with grace and ease.
