Inner Silence, Stillness and Calm

Integrate and rest in a deep stillness. Heal the ears in the stillness.

  • Locate the inner stillness that resides deep in your core.
  • Gather all of your energy into the present breath of now.
  • Gather your energy in from your crown and out your base.
  • Shift your breath so it gathers the energy from above and ground your energy into the heart of Earth.
  • Breathe into the belly and calibrate your ears to this inner stillness that you hold deep in your core column of light that flows just in front of the spine.
  • Rest in that stillness.
  • Breathe all aspects of your being back into your core.
  • Be surrounded by beings that hold the inner stillness.

I invite you to enjoy resting in deep stillness.
