"Change" is on the menu. It seems that everything is rising to the surface...and change is happening internally and maybe externally. Use the energy of change to find a greater inner strength. This cup can help. In times of stress we can either bury our heads in the sand, retreat, freak out, get overwhelmed, or grow stronger. (I prefer the last one.)  If you have stress in your life, take a moment to use the stress to grow stronger so that if and when stress appears again you react from a place of grace. Increase courage, discipline, perseverance, and determination.

• Energetically locate all stress that you are currently connecting with. Locate the edge.
• Bring the vibration of stress off of your physical world and your body.
• Invite your Higher Self to transform the stress into strength, trust, receptivity, flow, and allowing.
• Bring in a sphere of trust and allowing to come in from above and support you.
• Dissolve the stress. Increase the trust, strength, and deep knowing.
• Bring all your reference points for support, soothing, and connection back to your divine line.
• Bring your awareness into your divine line.
• Push yourself into your divine line.
• Relax and let go.
• Let go of all stress that is not yours.
• All stress that is your transform it into strength and courage.
