This Sip/Cup collection is perfect to use whenever the veils between the realms are very thin. The first Cup is a simple protocol to help you hold your awareness in a higher realm where you can find laughter and joy. Use it to move into greater joy and laughter which helps you receive and transmit messages to your guides in the higher realms.
- Invite the Higher Self of you, body, and Team to energetically locate a realm that is filled with laughter and joy.
- Bring all of your receptors for receiving joy into this higher realm.
- Connect with the angelic beings in this realm and to laugh with them in this higher realm.
- Take a moment to connect with this higher realm and these beings of love and light who have mastery of laughter and joy.
- Let some part of you hold your awareness in this higher realm where you are laughing as you move in the day, sleep, dream, and play.
May find joy and laughter in a higher realm and ripple those vibrations to you here in this realm.
