Clean and Clear the Head, Ears, Eyes, and Throat

This week the energetic weather has been all about getting the head clear. Monday we balanced the brain. Use this "very" medicinal cup to clean the head, ears, and eyes. (Background - One of the 4 background tracks is literally the angelic realm singing.) The cleaner your energetic fields the stronger and more inspired you will be.
- Hold your awareness in your divine line.
- Close your eyes and place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
- Bring in sacred shapes, sounds, and light that have the ability to clean all the chakras within and around your head.
- Spin these sacred shapes, sounds, and light in a counter-cockwise direction to clean.
- Tones, light language, and angelic tones to clean your upper chakras.
- Spin appropriate shapes, sounds, and light in a clockwise direction to tonify, strengthen, balance, and heal.
May you move into a clean clear stance and model that as you move in the world.
