Today's cup is a very simple practice of using your breath and a silent mantra to help you come into calm.
Use your breath to pull yourself into an inner river of calm.
How does it feel?
- Take a few deep breaths and relax your body.
- Use your inhale to pull yourself into an inner river of calm.
- Use your exhale to anchor yourself into an inner river of calm.
- While you use your breath silently chant, pull into calm, ground into calm.
- Inhale - Pull into calm. Exhale - Ground into calm.
- Hold your awareness in an inner river of calm.
- Hold space for a reset in the calm.
- Cleanse and stabilize your fields.
- Be anchored in your current of calm.
Use your breath to pull and ground yourself into current of calm.
