Today is a bundle of cups.

The first cup honors the directions; the second cup is a 22-minute protocol to help you find your new thread on this new Moon. The third cup is a favorite for setting your new Moon intentions.

Embrace today's new Moon from a place of sacredness, awareness, and honoring the directions.

This cup is a practice that I used to do every morning when I lived in Telluride.

I found a copy of this prayer the other day and was inspired to create a daily cup from it yesterday.

I have changed it a bit to be more in line with the inner awareness of your light.

Before you do this cup, check a compass (you may have one on your phone) to reference where the North, South, East, and West are if you do not know.

As you begin each day, take a moment to stand in a still, sacred space.

Start by...

Looking to the east and place your left hand upon your heart.

Extend your right arm up and face in the direction of the East.

Chant these words...

"To the east, to the new day, to the light within. To the golden eagle, to illumination and clarity. To the east. We call upon you to be in our circle now."

Turn to the South and repeat this chant.

"To the South. To trusting our own light within. To our curiosity. To the ability to see through the eyes of the mouse, the detail, the beauty of a flower. To the South, be in our circle now to now."

Face to the West and repeat this chant.

"To the west. To the wise waters of looking within. To the water devas, the Land of Mer. To the Black Bear and Brown Bear to the path of wisdom. To the West, be in our circle now."

Face the North and repeat this chant.

"To the North, home of the Wise Ones and those gone by. To the wisdom place of white buffalo and snow leopard. To the North, be in our circle now."

To Earth.

Feel your feet on the floor or the soil. Place your hand on the floor or the soil and repeat this chant.

"To Mother Earth. To the two-legged, the four-legged, to those who fly, crawl and swim.  To all of the Nature Spirits on Earth, be in our circle."

Stand and raise your arm up to the sky.

Repeat this chant.

"To the element of ether and air, spirit, magic, freedom, spontaneity. To our Team, our spiritual family, the angelic ones that encircle us in the higher realms. Be in our circle now."

To yourself...

Place your hand upon your heart. Use your inhale to pull your energy and awareness into your divine line. Feel yourself anchor into your core and connect with the qualities that flow within you. Feel how they support and sustain you as you move in the day, sleep, dream, and play.

Ah ho (In the heart, we are home.)
