After a week of festivities use today's cup to clean your fields.

I have created a few different cups to help you clean your fields.

Today's fresh cup (recorded yesterday) was inspired after sitting in meditation earlier this week where I spent 20 minutes calling upon the Guides to encircle and then another 40 min. cleaning the fields.

The result was profound stillness inside that held for days.

When you clean your fields your inner world becomes 1,000 quieter and calmer.

• Hold your awareness in your divine line and 1 to 3 feet off the surface of your body.
• Spin your fields in a counter-clockwise direction to clean.
• Spin, clean, release, and clear. 
• Clean above, below, in front, behind, and on either side.
• Tones to assist you in cleaning and clearing your fields.
• Spin your fields in a clockwise direction to repair, strengthen, and reweave.
• Swirl shields of light around the perimiter of your fields.

Clean your fields for greater clarity, connection, and calm.

This cup may also open your third eye and clear your head.
