When you mindfully set the tone for your day at the very beginning of the day you will be more supported all day long.

Before you get out of bed ponder the quality or tone you wish to hold inside yourself that has the ability to support you as you move in the day today.

• Hold your awareness in your divine line and move into a place of stillness.
• Take a moment to ponder what tone you wish to hold inside yourself as you move in the day.
• Explore the idea that the tone you set at the very beginning of the day can support you all day long.
• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and your Teams to determine the tone that can support you all day long.
• Bring in the vibration, sounds, and fabric that holds that energy within and around you.
• Hold that tone in your divine cosmic loop.
• Amplify that vibration in your divine spark.
• Invite your Teams to set their tone.
• Light language chants to assist you in activating that tone within and around you in the higher realms.
• Hold that tone in a higher realm and ripple to you in each moment today.

Be mindful of the tone you set inside yourself as you begin each day.

A few years ago I was in visiting Provance, France, and awoke in the early hours of the morning to the bird song. As I drifted in between the realms I saw and heard how the birds were singing/weaving a fabric of light that the Sun would filter through creating the tone of the day. Each day holds a different tone that can support you in a magical way.
