About the first Cup...

Because this is from the class, the protocol is a little different and I invite you to do the protocol with me and repeat after me. It is slower and we go over the concepts and shifts a few times to anchor in the greater awareness.

• Hold your awareness in your divine line.
• The Sun influences your relationship with self.
• Reference the Sun in a supportive realm.
• What are the positive qualities the Sun embodies.
• Reflect these positive qualities to the Sun.
• Retrieve all responsibility that you have given to the Sun for your growth and evolution.
• Explore the idea all of the positive qualities that you are able to witness in the Sun are qualities you have inside yourself and are qualities that you want to amplify inside yourself.
• Invite the Sun to model these qualities and to positively empathically impact you in a healthy co-creative way.
• Shift the self-critic as you watch how the Sun is with itself.
• Be radiant, beautiful, and glorious.

Shift your relationship with self as you shift your relationship with the Sun.
