• When you are stressed where does it show up in your body?
• When you have etheric overflow, then you feel it physically. Protocol to ease etheric overflow.
• Traumas occur to leave a supportive empowered grid and activate positive harmonic vibrations in your divine cosmic loop.
• Return all trauma that doesn’t belong to you during your debriefs.
• The etheric field clean up may take several weeks. Debrief every incarnation. Use mach speed.
• Everyone on the planet is getting more sensitive. This is a challenge for those who are already empathically sensitive. 
• We must ground more to decrease empathic sensitivity.
• Scan your etheric roots. What is missing in your etheric roots?
• Repair and strengthen your roots.
• When you are fatigued and unmotivated, check your roots. Clean, clear, repair and strengthen them.
• Ears are how we orient. We are feeling disoriented. 
• The asteroid in the field of earth is impacting us. This is an amplification. Orient to the 4 hearts: Earth, Moon, Sun and your homeland. Calibrate your ears for the 4 hearts.
