• It’s a great time to clean your roots. 
• Scan roots for ancestral energies, cultural energies, grids placed on you by others.
• Clean your roots of any energy placed on you by others.
• Body, clean your roots all the way down, and up to your spark. 
• Body clean and repair your roots. Strengthen them all night long.
• Clean all vibrations not of your essence off your roots..
• Put your energy off earth-based root structures. Get into your own root structure esences.
• Winter solstice is a reset which needs to be done .
• You, body and teams need to sit in profound silence/stillnox.
• Sit for 20 minutes. Repeat, “Stillness”. Do this in a harmonic dimension for you, body and teams.
• Reference a dimension where I can sit in stillness, body, teams, the same.
• Be with the light and your essence energy.
• Sleep in a chamber of stillness. This is very restorative. 
• You are getting pushed into the deeper underbelly…seeing these emotions without judgment. Invitation to do something differently.
• What are you energetically listening to? Bring your energetic ears into alignment in dimensions where you can perceive your spark, the heart of Earth and connection.
• Body, only listen to vibrations in alignment with your essence.
• Your body may say, “I’m listening to Love.”
• Process energy way high, then clarity reflects into the mental field.
• Northern hemisphere is closest to the sun this time of year.
• There’s something I want to remember that I hold in my heart.
