Energetically Clean the Bedroom

As you embrace a new Moon use today's fresh cup (recorded yesterday) to clean your bedroom and sleep in an energetically clean space.

When you do this your sleep and dreams will be more restful.

All spaces hold energy.

When you spend a lot of time in a space the energy can get stale and energetically dirty.

Think of this process similar to physically cleaning a space.

This practice is especially useful if you have been tossing and turning or having nightmares.

  • Hold your awareness in your divine line.
  • Reference the dimensions that are impacting the space where you sleep.
  • Connect with the Nature Spirits energy in your bedroom.
  • Work with these Nature Spirits to clean the space.
  • Bring in cleansing sounds, color, and light that clean the space.
  • Bring in the vibrations of safety, rest, love, and connection.
  • Spin a rose quarts orb that is filled with salt, sage, and rose around your bed.
  • Spin the orb in a cleansing direction over bed cleaning, clearing, harmonizing, protecting.
  • Bring in sacred grids of protection in the bedroom.
  • Clean the grids in the room.
  • Weave grids of protection around the perimeter of the room.

Energetically clean your bedroom for a deep restful sleep.

Loved this! Ironically I had stripped my bed to change sheets, which I typically do on a Sunday (rituals right??) and went into meditation and voila you had this cup. Divine timing. Thanks!
