On yesterday's full Moon this sound bath came through from the higher realms.

We will feel the effect of yesterday's full Moon for a few days.

This full Moon triggered a deep release.

You might have felt tired, physical uncomfortable, or had emotional waves.

All of this is a result of an energetic release.

The more you embrace the release and balance the etheric DNA and microbes the easier the release will be.

This sound bath can also help ease digestive discomfort or lymph congestion.
