The more you hold responsibility for supporting and protecting yourself the more empowered you become. As a child you may have looked to the father to support and protect you. Energetically you may still be looking to the father to meet these needs. Use today's cup and energetic weather to take a moment to retrieve all responsibility for protection and support.
- Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to reference any responsibility for being supported and protected that you have given to your father or father figure.
- Retrieve all of these responsibilities for being supported and protected.
- Hold responsibility for your protection and support in your own divine cosmic loop.
- Link this responsibility with your wisdom and mastery.
- Weave your own fabric or support and protection around you in a way that matches your current level of consciousness and is in alignment with your wisdom and mastery.
- Toning and a light language activation to help you retrieve responsibility for your protection and support. Weave your own fabric around you.
Retrieve all responsibility for being supported and protected off of the father.

Yesterday after recording today's cup and while uploading it I noticed that I have 2,002 cups. WOW. So much to nibble on!

Received your email ‘Happy Mothers Day’ as I read it tears flow, I knew I had fierce, loving protecting and tending to my own lack of self care, self love, but these last few days, feeling working over time, physical ill, body ache, no intrests in physical, lost.
