Today's sound healing bath has three different versions.

The first version has a simple protocol with sound healing and a guest appearance, Emmy Dao Noll (our 3-year-old Border Collie.)

On occasion, Emmy likes to sit in on a recording and add her two bits.

As I dropped in to record today's cup she burst into the studio and snuggled up on the coach.

About 2 minutes in she began to "tone" with me for about three minutes off and on.

This first version has the "edited Emmy."

The second version is just the sound bath with no talking/protocol.

The third version is the raw unedited Emmy tracks.

The first and second versions also have Emmy but with gentle edits.

This sound bath has toning and light language that can help you align all of your energy centers for the present breath of now.

It is going to be very important to be present, stay grounded, and align with the present moment over the next four months.

In the next four months, there will be a palpable shift in the "time pulse."

When you are in the present moment and grounded you will not get spun out or frantic with the time pulse shift.
