Use open heart energy to move into greater acceptance and release the intolerance that is held in mass consciousness. Archangel Sandalphon appeared before me as I tuned into the energy for this meditation. In his heart he sent me a huge wave of acceptance and showed me the intolerance that is being stirred up in the mass consciousness with all of the transformation. When we are in the midst of transformation, fear can get triggered. This fear can put people into a defensive stance and intolerance can arise. Release it as Archangel Sandalphon comes in and models right energy in his own fields.

• Hold the vibration of acceptance in your heart.
• Receive all relevant and appropriate information from Archangel Sandalphon to your Higher Self.
• Increase acceptance for your process of evolution and for others.
• Unplug and release the responsibility for transforming the intolerance held in the mass consciousness.
• Release the intolerance and all empathic sensitivity.
• Be encircled by the Ascended Masters and Archangel Sandalphon.
• Be gentle with yourself.
• Accept where you are in your evolution.
