• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to energetically, locate, clean, clear, and align your base chakra, heart chakra, third eye, pineal gland, and crown for your Soul's divine direction.
• Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, close your eyes, gently gaze at the top of your head, and tone to assist the cleaning and alignment of your chakras.
• Deep toning for divine alignment. (3 minutes of toning)
• Clean and clear all of the crystalline structures within and around all of these energy centers for the current of clarity, divine direction, and divine alignment.
