Courage and Surrender - Stand In Front of Your Wall

Surrender before you pass through your wall. Gather your courage and stand in front of your wall. Deep issues can arise that can prevent you in moving forward from a place of joy, abundance and grace.

  • Come into the present breath of now.
  • Imagine whatever energy you are holding within you that is discordant. Example: fear, anxiety, mistrust, lack, resentment, victim.
  • Imagine this energy in the form of a wall in front of you.
  • As you stand in front of your wall hold the vibration of surrender. Observe the wall and keep moving into the vibration of surrender.
