Surrender before you pass through your wall. Gather your courage and stand in front of your wall. Deep issues can arise that can prevent you in moving forward from a place of joy, abundance and grace.
- Come into the present breath of now.
- Imagine whatever energy you are holding within you that is discordant. Example: fear, anxiety, mistrust, lack, resentment, victim.
- Imagine this energy in the form of a wall in front of you.
- As you stand in front of your wall hold the vibration of surrender. Observe the wall and keep moving into the vibration of surrender.
