Use this Cup to deeply allow for the release, and open to receive in a much bigger way as we move into a new lunar cycle. Release old ways of being. Release relationships that are no longer appropriate or necessary. Allow for the release, and then open to the re-invention of the relationship. Surrender to the emptiness so a new consciousness can come in.

• Allow yourself to drop deep into the emptiness of the last day of the lunar cycle.
• Locate the place of emptiness and stillness.
• On the exhale, locate the place of emptiness and allow yourself to release on the exhale.
• Hold your exhale out for 2 to 3 seconds and notice the place of emptiness.
• Energetically locate all vibrations that no longer serve you and release them as you surrender into the emptiness on the exhale.
• Locate the higher vibrational patterns and frequencies and invite those higher vibrations to come in.
• Be surrounded by the angelic realm and let yourself be supported as you release and let go.
