Use this meditation to help return all energy that you have ever taken intentionally or unintentionally in moments when you judged another. When you judge another who is looking for approval you take a little nugget of their power. This dis-empowers them and emphatically impacts you. As you move into greater energetic integrity returning energy that you are holding that is not yours, especially someones power, is essential for holding appropriate boundaries and decreasing empathic reactivity.

• Take a deep breath in and hold your awareness in this present breath of now and in your divine line.
• As you hold your awareness in this place scan your energetic fields and chakras for all fragments, bundles, or power that is not the essence of you, your body, or Team. t
• Take a moment to allow some energetic aspect of you, your body, and Team to locate this energy you are holding that you took intentionally or unintentionally at any moment when you judged another.
• Return their power back to its right and perfect place along with all relevant and appropriate energetic information.
• Toning to assist this release. 
• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to clean your energetic system of all empathic sensations, karma, thought forms, emotions, behaviors, challenges, or blocks the belong to the people you judged. 
• Allow for a gentle cleaning, and clearing in the higher realms.
• Activate the vibration of self-acceptance, self-love, and compassion in your own own divine line.
• As you move in the day and interact with others you will be able to treat them the way you treat yourself, with compassion, acceptance, and love in a healthy and co-creative way. 
• Activate the vibration of self-love self and acceptance flowing in your divine line. Embrace the energy that flows within you to a greater degree. The light of your essence is perfect, beautiful, and always connected.
