Being sensitive can be scary as an adult, but especially as a child.
When someone is super sensitive, they need more powerful tools. When they have powerful tools, peace, calm, and happiness are possible. I have spent decades learning, discovering, and studying with masters, which enables me to provide a skill set that empowers highly sensitive people.
When someone is highly sensitive, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, stomachaches, night terrors, bedwetting, and body pain can be constant. When you address a challenge with the wrong modality, nothing changes. When you address an emotional and energetic challenge with an emotional and energetic modality, transformation begins.
For example, children with ADHD are a reflection of a conscious, multi-dimensional child. They need tools to learn how to focus and navigate their conscious, multi-dimensional awareness.
Additionally, there are very specific reasons for anxiety and insecurity, and I have learned very effective tools that I have used with myself and others to transform these challenges.

About Me
Growing up, I didn’t have powerful tools to navigate school, friendships, and family with confidence. I was highly sensitive and often felt anxious and insecure. Thankfully, at the age of 17, I had my first energetic coaching session with Aleya Dao. It was a game-changer. She taught me a simple yet powerful skill set to feel happy, confident, and calm. These tools became my trusty anchor, guiding me through life's ups and downs, and I still use them today. This is why I'm so passionate about sharing them.
-I have worked with children, teens, and families for 13 years across the US, Latin America, Canada, and India, designing and leading empowerment programs that encourage enduring transformation.
I have studied and trained with Aleya Dao, an author, energetic balancing master, and founder of 7 Cups of Consciousness, for 17 years.
-I am a Certified Practitioner of the 7 Cups of Consciousness.
I have trained for seven years with Doug Noll, a meditator and author of De-escalate: How to Calm an Angry Person in 90 Seconds or Less.
-I am a Certified Practitioner in De-Escalation & Emotional Competency.
-I hold a B.A. in International Studies & Education from Middlebury College.
-I have global experience in schools, businesses, and community organizations.
-I am fluent in Spanish and English.
