Very peaceful, relaxing and calming. So calming and relaxing that my dog was snoring and sleep twitching as we listened. Once her body settled I was able to drift off. : )

Thanks so much ! I can’t wait until tonight…..and to use when my neighbors are fighting outside at 2:30 in the morning and a car alarm is going off and on until 3:45. Hmmmmm great reminders that I’m finished ,,,nearly …at this location 😉. I’m going to use it today when I take a nap 💤
