• Bring the sacred shape of your group around you.
• Heal your communication grids between you and your core group.
• Dissolve the veils and calibrate your ears to hear the love and support from them.
• Ask your Team to hold inner love, trust, perseverance, and hope within them and model that to you.
• Ask your Team to hold an energy that can help you and model that to you.
• Invite them to serve and assist you.
