Stay Calm In the Upset of Others

Stay calm during the upset of others. If you are ever in the presence of someone who is upset, use this meditation to stay calm and hold compassion.

  • Breathe into the present breath of now.
  • With your exhale emit the sound of OM, back to your center, back to your hOMe.
  • Locate all emotions you are trying to process for others and to send them back to their right and perfect place with all relevant and appropriate information.
  • Bring a sacred shape and tone around you and clear the upset of others.
  • Stand in the waterfall of your essence.
  • Calibrate your crystalline structures to the vibration of your essence.

May you stay calm with others as they process through moments of upset.
